The Auburndale High School Guidance Department offers students a planned four-year program of developmental guidance activities that helps students make sound decisions regarding personal, educational, and career goals.

Some guidance activities are common to each grade level.   Students in each grade participate in educational and career planning through registration conferences, standardized testing, individual counseling and group guidance seminars.  Some guidance activities are unique to a particular grade level.

In addition the Auburndale High School Guidance Department serves as a school-based source of help for students with educational or personal problems.  Services are provided through the staffing program, individual counseling, and referral to community services.
