If you are a senior, and you plan to attend college in 2018-2019, then it is critical that you complete the FAFSA. Buy your yearbook ad!
The deadline for purchasing your senior pages in the yearbook is fast approaching! If you wish to reserve your page, you must do so before the February 28th deadline. You may reserve your ad by clicking on the “buy you senior ad here” banner up above to download an order form. If you have any questions please call the school at 863-965-6200, ext. 261. The yearbook staff would like to make sure that you do not miss your opportunity to recognize your graduating senior.
Congratulations to the NJROTC Academic Team for finishing their season by competing at the State Academic Meet. James Kiddy, Victor Pagan, Craig Mazurowski, Autumn Rhoton and Caleb Moshier advanced to the semi-finals at the meet on Saturday. Great job representing the Bloodhounds and NJROTC!
Real Estate Agent Internship Opportunity!
Are you considering in becoming a licensed real estate agent? Brokers Realty is offering an exciting receptionist internship to one of our Bloodhounds!
The selected student will be introduced to a professional setting that is upbeat and interesting. Brokers Realty is looking for an intern who is willing to answer phones and to be taught to transfer calls, place calls on hold, take messages, and general office duties. The right student for the job would need to have a clear speaking voice, be enthusiastic on the phone, and be able to transfer information to a message with correct spelling and easy to read penmanship. The dress code is office professional.
The student intern who is selected, will be able to add this job experience to their resume and to gain a reference as well. There is also opportunity for employment post-graduation.

Are you planning to attend Polk State College after graduation? If so, consider becoming a Polk State College Ambassador for your senior year.
This opportunity will afford you two years of FREE tuition to Polk State (post-graduation from AHS)! To qualify, you must have an unweighted GPA of 2.75 or higher and a minimum of 50 community service hours.
